Pastoral Advising and Coaching
Churches are often unsure how to support their pastors, and pastors can sometimes be more proficient at assessing the lives of their congregants than themselves. Red Oak Collective offers pastoral assessment, advising, and coaching to alleviate these tensions and help pastors flourish in the process. This can involve a formal assessment of your pastoral staff and recommendations for their development, live coaching sessions, conflict resolution, and advice for pastoral leadership situations.
